Marketing Manager

Job description 1) The main responsibility of this role is to achieve the Revenue Targets set for the Branch Team, through Broking of - Equity, Derivatives, Commodity. 2) Responsibility will also include Hiring and training of the team on Product and Selling Skills. 4) Organizing weekly Investor meets to increase client base. 5) Reporting of branch activities to Branch Manager/ Business Head from time to time. 6) Monthly training programs for staffs (Product related/ Communication Skills) for improving caliber. 7) Communicating to employees about the important matters concerning the Company and its Policies 8) Excellent team handling skills with ability to manage teams effectively towards achieving sales targets. 9) Domain Knowledge of Products like Equity Stock Broking, Mutual Funds. . Desired Candidate Profile: 1. Above 2+ year of experience in Stock Broking industry. 2. Strong knowledge of Equity market, commodity market, Mutual fund products. 3. Excellent communication skills for building strong client relationships and negotiating deals.
